Myth #1 – No Pain, No Gain.
Ridiculous and obvious that it doesn’t work. More realistically it should say, Have Pain? Quit.
Myth #2 – Exercise is the key to weight loss.
Not true. Here’s our mantra: Move to feel better. Eat to look better.
Myth #3 – I have to do a lot of exercise to create results.
Nope. You need to do a little bit more today than you did yesterday. We want an upward spiral of movement that feels good.
Myth #4 - I need to exercise to be healthy.
Nope. You need to get healthy so that you can exercise.
Myth #5 – Exercise is too simple to mess up.
Nope. You need to exercise intelligently. Otherwise it will cost you.
